Service Description. This Site describes Lawn Care Service, Landscaping, Tree Service, Mulching, Hardscaping, Gutter Cleaning provided by Hodge Custom Lawns. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Hodge Custom Lawns and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Hodge Custom Lawns makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hodge Custom Lawns's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Hodge Custom Lawns in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Hodge Custom Lawns against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. IN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
